Managing Director and CEO: S. Rajesh

S. Rajesh is a visionary leader and entrepreneur at the forefront of Insurtech innovation. With over 28 years of experience, including a distinguished tenure as Vice President and CTO at Tata Consultancy Services, Rajesh has worked with global financial giants driving transformative solutions that redefine industry standards. He has set up cutting-edge Insurance Design Labs and Innovation Labs that developed marquee solutions, including AI-powered underwriting tools, digital insurance hubs, and telematics-based insurance models.


During his corporate career, Rajesh spearheaded multi-billion-dollar deals and delivered groundbreaking transformations for Fortune 500 insurers, leveraging his technology, business strategy, and operations expertise. As an entrepreneur, he continues revolutionizing the financial services industry by creating agile, scalable, and customer-centric fintech solutions.

Director: S. Ganesan

S. Ganesan is an Advocate based in Chennai with more than 52 years of experience in handling Civil Suits. As Panel Advocate of around 10 Banks, he had handled many Suits on behalf of Banks and had rendered thousands of legal opinions in his career. He is an expert in land title due diligence and scrutiny of title deed documents.

Chief Legal Officer - Consultant: G. Shyam Sundar

G. Shyam Sunder is an Advocate based in Chennai with more than 22 years of experience in handling Civil Suits, title deed documentation and title scrutiny. He is a Commerce Graduate from Vivekananda College in Chennai and is a Qualified Company Secretary having cleared the Course conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2001. He completed Law Degree from Dr.Ambedkar Law College in Chennai and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 2003. He is the Author of India’s first of its Kind Book titled “Property registration, land records and Building approval procedures followed in Various States in India” and had published the Third Edition of his Book in the year 2023 (Copyrights issued by Government of India for his Book). He is an expert in Scrutinizing land title deeds and documentation.


CONTRIBUTION TO THE NATION:

G.SHYAM SUNDER has saved a sum of RS.130 CRORE FOR THE NATION by way of DETECTION OF FAKE PROPERTY TITLE DEED DOCUMENTS

He had Successfully prevented Banks from disbursing amount to a tune of Rs.130 Crores by way of timely detection of Fake documents while rendering legal opinion (for scrutinizing title deeds) to Banks and thus has saved tax payers money by cautioning Banks at the right time from fraudulent elements deliberately intending to cheat the Bank.


CONTRIBUTION TO BANKS:

  • He has provided training for 2,200 bank managers and officers in various public sector banks over the past 14 years.
  • He is a panel advocate for 11 banks in Chennai.

Apart from successfully detecting Fake Documents to the tune of Rs.130 Crores, he had conducted 45 training sessions to the Managers and Officers of various Public Sector Banks in the past 14 years and have trained close to 2200 Bank Managers/Officers on how to identify and detect fake documents, how to make use of online facilities to ascertain genuineness of documents and various other legal issues. He has rendered more than 4000 legal opinions to various Banks in the past 22 years in his Career as Panel Advocate for various Banks in Chennai.


CONTRIBUTION TO GOVERNMENT:

He was appointed as HONORARY ADVISOR TO GOVERNMENT OF KERALA through KSIDC during 2016-2017.

G.Shyam Sunder was appointed as a Honorary Advisor for Government of Kerala in the year 2016 through Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) mainly to ensure that the best practices followed in Registration Department, Revenue Department and Building approval norms/procedures followed in other States in India were also implemented in the State of Kerala. During that period, he had interacted with Chief Secretary and Senior Officials in Government of Kerala and submitted his report to Kerala Chief Secretary in June 2017

Done detailed presentations to  6 STATE GOVERNMENTS.

G. Shyam Sunder has done detailed Presentations to Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana, Chhattisgarh and West Bengal on how to improve their existing Practices in the Stamps and Registration Department and how to increase the annual revenue of the State exchequer in this Department


CONTRIBUTION TO LITERATURE:

He is the author of INDIA’S first of its kind book titled `PROPERTY REGISTRATION, LAND RECORDS AND BUILDING APPROVAL PROCEDURES FOLLOWED IN VARIOUS STATES IN INDIA’ (COPYRIGHTS ISSUED BY GOVT OF INDIA FOR THE BOOK)

G.Shyam Sunder has brought out the First Edition of his Book in the year 2013 (launched by Hon’ble Former Governor of Tamil Nadu Dr.K.Rosaiah), Second Edition in the year 2016 and Third Edition in the year 2023 (launched by Hon’ble Former Vice President of India Shri.Venkaiah Naidu). His Book is like a Guide/Handbook/Ready Reckoner to know Information on Stamp duties, Revenue records and Building approval norms in all the States in India. In connection with his Book, G.Shyam Sunder has personally met Hon’ble Former Presidents of India Dr.Abdul Kalam and Dr.Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Former Prime Minister of India Dr.Manmohan Singh, Governors and Chief Ministers of few States and many Hon’ble Union Ministers and members of Parliament.


CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY

  • He has written 60 weekly columns in The Hindu newspaper group (The Hindu and The Hindu Tamil) during 2016-2017 and from August 2023 to the present on property-related issues for the general public.
  • He has rendered more than 50 interviews and awareness videos on Tamil YouTube channels, educating the general public about property-related documents and issues.
  • He has conducted numerous sessions for professionals at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, and FICCI.
  • He is a trustee in three public charitable trusts: Gandhi World Foundation, Child N U, and Shyamalaa Trust for the Disabled and Needy. He has undertaken various charitable activities to support underprivileged and needy children.

Chief Financial Officer - Consultant: NL. Sriram

Sriram is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and Insolvency professional from IBBI, having 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Taxation functions.  He worked in Senior Positions at large corporates and handled their complex functions.  He was instrumental in designing and implementation of accounting and control process in development of ERP systems.

He is also experienced in Corporate Structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions of Real Estate Business, FEMA/NRI Taxation services. 
He has undertaken various assignments in banking sector viz., Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audits, Revenue Audits, Stock Audits.
Handled international due diligence assignments in Australia, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia and Ethiopia, that facilitated the prospective investors to assess the state of affairs of the entity and take appropriate investment decisions.
